Shipping & Delivery
Packages are shipped out in the order that they are received generally dispatched within 2-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking.
Our hours change throughout the year. The days we are closed are not calculated as a shipping day, so if you order 2 day shipping etc. on a day we are closed that will not apply until we have open hours on next open business day. Check to see current hours and days open. If you need something expedited quickly let us know in the comment section and we will do our best to accommodate you.
USPS priority mail and UPS does NOT always get deliveries to recipients on time. There can be delays especially during holiday seasons which we can not be responsible for. Please give yourself enough time for your order to arrive.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Each shipment will be treated as a separate order. You can order and have it shipped to someone else. Just make sure the shipping address is complete and accurate.

We welcome orders of all sizes and there is no minimum ordering requirement. You may order on-line, phone, or regular mail. We can not process any order until we receive a viable method of payment. All transactions are conducted in US Currency only.
