While there are many types of cookie icing, our icing recipe is perfect for covering or decorating cut-out cookies. This is our own icing recipe to refered to as a flow in or flood icing. This is NOT royal icing. It taste better and yet it still dries and looks like porcelain. Unlike softer cookie icings, this icing is durable once it sets, so it's perfect to use on roll-out or sugar cookies as gifts in treat bags or boxes. Suggested dry time is 24 hours.
